Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Pay for Reviews website (the "Service") operated by Pay for Reviews ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Services
Pay for Reviews provides a service that allows businesses to purchase Google reviews from real users. We connect businesses with individuals who will provide authentic reviews based on the information provided by the business.
2. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any purchase made.
3. Service Delivery
We strive to deliver reviews within the timeframe specified in your chosen package. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Various factors may affect delivery times, including but not limited to the complexity of the review content, the availability of reviewers, and Google's policies.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- To collect or track the personal information of others
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
- For any obscene or immoral purpose
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pay for Reviews, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
